SANVT. = [zahnft]

Derived from the German word "sanft" - meaning soft, gentle, attuned.

SANVT. offers therapeutic care for those of us who experience

life in deep, complex, and nuanced ways.

SANVT. isn't about being delicate or fragile.
It’s about holding nuance. Letting care be intelligent. Responsive. Grounded.

It’s a space where difference isn’t pathologised. Where emotion isn’t a liability. Where healing doesn’t have to perform.

For complexity. For aliveness.
For care that adapts.

Dr Nat is an AHPRA‑registered Clinical Psychologist
dedicated to helping you navigate life’s harder seasons with care, clarity, and evidence-based psychology support for mental health and personal growth.

With over 10 years of experience across clinical research, educational, academic, hospital and private practice settings, Dr Nat brings an integrative, evidence‑based approach informed by attachment, neurodivergence, emotion, holistic health, and somatic self‑regulation. Her work is grounded in relational warmth and clinical integrity.
Dr Nat is particularly passionate about supporting people who experience life with depth & complexity
- including those navigating identity, neurodivergence, anxiety, relational wounds, and the long echo of developmental or attachment trauma.

She offers a space where sensitivity is not a weakness, emotion is welcome,
and therapy adapts to the person - not the other way around.
What we don’t need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human. Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we’re all in this together.
